Manual harvesting and careful grape selection precede vinification in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with maceration for 6-8 days and subsequent malolactic fermentation and aging in stainless steel. In the glass, it presents a ruby ​​red color that tends towards garnet as it ages. On the nose, wild strawberries, roses, and dried violets emerge, accompanied over time by nuances of licorice and aromatic herbs.
