Every product purchased on Alberoshop.it is covered by the minimum two-year legal guarantee provided for by European Union law.

The legal guarantee of conformity is a protection granted by law to every consumer for any consumer good sold in the European Union. It lasts a minimum of two years from delivery of the product and is always free of charge: it should not be confused with any commercial guarantee offered by the manufacturer.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that already existed at the time the goods were delivered and that becomes apparent within the guarantee period.
When you can rely on it
You can exercise your legal guarantee rights when the product you received, for example:
Does not match the description
The item differs in material, colour, size, quantity or features from what is stated on the product page.
Does not work as expected
The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or does not deliver the performance and quality that can reasonably be expected.
Is faulty or incomplete
The product has manufacturing defects, or accessories, components or instructions included in the supply are missing.
The remedies available to you
Where there is a lack of conformity, the seller is required to offer:
- Free repair or replacement of the goods, at no cost to you.
- In some cases, a price reduction proportionate to the defect found.
- Alternatively, a full refund of the amount paid, with termination of the contract.
Good to know: some countries provide for a legal guarantee period longer than two years. For second-hand goods a shorter period may apply, but it can never be less than one year.

Contact support Commercial guarantees and the GARAN label
Sellers and manufacturers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply in addition to and independently of the legal guarantee: they do not replace it and do not limit your rights in any way.
The GARAN label identifies a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the manufacturer at no extra cost, covering the good as a whole and lasting longer than the two years of the legal guarantee.
Frequently asked questions
Does the legal guarantee cost anything?
No. The legal guarantee of conformity is always free of charge and is granted by law to every consumer: it does not have to be purchased or activated.
When do the two years start?
The guarantee period starts from the date the goods are delivered, not from the order or payment date.
What is the difference between the legal guarantee and the right of withdrawal?
They are two separate protections. The right of withdrawal lets you return a product bought online within 14 days without giving any reason. The legal guarantee applies instead when the product has a lack of conformity, and it lasts two years from delivery.
Does the guarantee cover damage caused by improper use?
No. The legal guarantee covers defects already present at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, impacts, accidents, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
How do I claim the guarantee on an Alberoshop order?
Open a request through our support portal, stating your order number, the product concerned and a short description of the defect, and attaching a few photographs. We will reply with instructions for repair, replacement or refund.
