The Agnelli Al Black Ceramic Pro deep frying pan is perfect for mixing pasta and sauce over the stove. The high sides provide space for stirring and blending ingredients, while the stainless steel handle allows you to guide the pan during preparation. The 3 mm aluminum body is coated inside and out with PFAS-free Ceramic Pro non-stick coating. The 1.2 mm ferritic steel disc makes the base induction-compatible; the pan can also be used on gas, electric, and glass-ceramic hobs. Its shape also makes it useful for preparing the sauce before adding the pasta, so you can continue working in the same pan. It is available in several sizes and is dishwasher-safe.
