The deep flared pan from the 1907 line by Pentole Agnelli is designed to facilitate the movement of food during cooking, making it ideal for sautéing pasta, vegetables, or preparing meats that require even heat distribution. The trilaminar aluminum-stainless steel structure combines an aluminum core with a ferric steel base, ensuring thermal reactivity on induction, gas, and electric hobs. The interior is coated with a PFAS- and PFOA-free ceramic non-stick coating, allowing for low-fat cooking while preserving the quality of the ingredients. The long, nickel-free stainless steel handle ensures a balanced grip. The polished exterior finish allows you to take your preparation directly from the stove to the table.
