The Pentole Agnelli Shark Skin is a 3 mm aluminum non-stick pan, designed to heat quickly and distribute heat evenly, with good control when searing and sautéing. The FOA-free Shark Skin coating (PTFE + PEEK) reduces the use of oils and fats and makes cleaning easier after use, maintaining reliable performance even with frequent use. The single "1907" handle in nickel-free 18/10 stainless steel, riveted, ensures a stable grip and balance when working over a high flame or sautéing. Available in three sizes to accommodate different portions and cooking speeds: 24 cm (H 6.5 cm), 28 cm (H 7 cm), and 32 cm (H 7.5 cm). Compatible with electric, gas, and glass-ceramic hobs; Not dishwasher safe, to preserve the coating over time.
