Bucciarelli's Chianti Classico DOCG 2019 BIO is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in Tuscany, Italy, from 100% Sangiovese, it has a profile consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. It offers a bright ruby color. Pleasant aromas recall black cherries, sour cherries, sweet spices, vanilla, and mineral notes. Consistent on the palate, with well-integrated tannins and vibrant freshness. Long and fruity finish. In the cellar, the must macerates for 14–28 days with brief, frequent pumping over. Once alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are complete, the wine is aged in barrels for 20–24 months.
