Made from 100% Montepulciano grapes cultivated organically, it undergoes a 30-day maceration on the skins, with fermentation in steel and subsequent aging of 22 months in barrique, 70% of which are new. It presents an impenetrable ruby red color and an intense bouquet of black plum, sour cherry, currant, and blueberry jam, accompanied by floral notes and hints of licorice, cocoa, and tobacco. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, savory and fruity, with silky tannins and extraordinary persistence.
