Erbes Tonico Digestivo Bio is the flagship bitter of Izzi Dal 1903, produced in Fondi according to a recipe handed down for four generations.
The extracts of herbs, roots, and seeds with digestive properties, including cinchona, rhubarb, gentian, and chamomile, give life to a dark amber-colored bitter. On the nose, it is balsamic and slightly peaty; on the palate, it is vegetal, intense, and fresh.
