Bright straw yellow, on the nose it offers citrus aromas, ripe yellow fruit, Mediterranean scrub, mint and beeswax. The sip is fresh, salty, with pleasant mineral notes and a finish that recalls the sulphurous nature of the soil. Aged three months in steel and three in the bottle, it is perfect to accompany fish, white meats and vegetable pies.
