The clay-limestone soils and diverse exposures offer a balanced profile between structure and finesse. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with maceration lasting 22-25 days and malolactic fermentation carried out under controlled conditions. Aging continues in large oak barrels, followed by a period of bottle ageing. In the glass, it presents an intense garnet red. The aromatic profile combines light spices, dried flowers, and small red fruits, with a broad and harmonious progression. On the palate, it displays a solid structure, soft tannins, and a finish supported by ripe fruit and licorice. A Barolo designed to express the area's winemaking heritage, capable of evolving over time and offering a complete tasting experience.
