we would like to inform you that, for the past few days, hauliers in Southern Italy have been protesting against rising fuel costs, with blockades affecting roads, motorways and ports across several regions.
As a result, couriers are unable to carry out scheduled collections reliably. Orders may therefore be handed over to the carrier a few days later than usual.
Our operations continue as normal and every order is prepared and packed within the usual timeframe, so that it can leave on the first available collection. As soon as the courier takes charge of your parcel, you will receive, as always, the email with the link to track your shipment.
This is a difficult time for everyone: for businesses, for those working in the transport sector and for the families affected. We therefore ask for a little patience and understanding: we are doing everything we can to make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, with the usual care.
