10 cm - Bistro Wooden Salt Mill
Peugeot Bistro is a wooden salt mill for grinding salt directly onto dishes. The Bistro line fits perfectly on the everyday table or next to the stove, its discreet presence complementing the act of seasoning. The choice of material contributes to the accessory's appearance, allowing it to be coordinated with other service elements according to your own style. To complete a salad or a portion of vegetables, it's best to make small additions and taste. The salt mill can move from the kitchen to the table, allowing everyone to choose how to complete their dish. The choice between the different versions of the line allows you to create a recognizable pair for salt and pepper, using the same material or different colors.

Product FAQs
Can I use damp sea salt?
For these salt mills choose dry salt suited to the mechanism. Damp salt requires a specific mill and should not be used as an alternative to dry salt.
Can I use it for pepper as well?
No, salt and pepper require different mechanisms. For pepper use a dedicated pepper mill.
When is a coarse grind the better choice?
When you want the salt to stay noticeable to the bite, for example when finishing certain dishes. To dissolve and distribute it more quickly, choose a fine grind.

This is how we see the table.
In a market crowded with similar objects, function alone is no longer enough to justify a choice. Material, form, quality and craftsmanship matter too as does the way each piece becomes part of everyday life.
Because a table is never just a table.
It is where people come together, share moments and express their way of living. Choosing how to set the table therefore becomes an expression of identity.
You can choose any utensil for your table, but always remember:
One serves a function.
The other finds a place in your story.
