The profile focuses on dark fruit, spice, and a freshness that complements the structure without weighing it down. On the palate, it displays good substance, present yet well-balanced tannins, and a linear progression that makes it enjoyable both as a pairing and on its own. The 0.75 L format is suitable for pasta dishes with rich sauces, grilled meats, roasts, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C. A clean-cut, territorial Aglianico, less austere than expected but capable of maintaining depth, energy, and a clear Campanian identity.
