Tenute Sella's Piandoro Riesling Piemonte DOC 2025 is made in Brusnengo from Riesling Renano with traces of Erbaluce, on loose, acidic volcanic soils that precisely define its profile. The stainless steel fermentation, temperature-controlled fermentation, and six months on the lees, along with a small portion aged in wood, create a taut and satisfying white wine. The wine retains the aromatic finesse typical of Riesling, but interprets it with a Piedmontese personality made of freshness, balance, and a clean flavor. The palate is smooth but not light, with a nice aromatic punch and a crisp finish. An elegant and modern white, designed for those seeking precision, territoriality, and a lively drink.
