Riserva del Lupo Annata Storica Lugana DOC Riserva 2015 from Ca'Lojera is a mature and layered white wine that takes Lugana to a broader and deeper dimension. Made from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, it comes from vineyards on clay soil and undergoes a prolonged fermentation of three months, followed by two years in stainless steel and at least six months in bottle in an underground cellar at a constant temperature. The color is an intense straw yellow; the aromatic profile combines white flowers, medicinal herbs, and intense minerality. On the palate, it is fresh, varietal, and very consistent, with a mature yet lively structure. A Lugana Riserva with a classic pace and strong potential for evolution, designed for those seeking depth, balance, and a long finish.
