Rubinia 2.0 Rosso Marche IGT 2020 Bio by La Staffa is a pure Montepulciano made in Staffolo, in the Castellaretta district, on calcareous-clayey soils at over 440 meters above sea level. Manual harvesting, fermentation on the skins for 15 days, and lengthy aging in cement and two years in barriques create a red wine with an artisanal approach, precise and very personal. The color is a bright ruby; the nose reveals cherry and morello cherry, with an intense, fine and persistent profile. On the palate, it is dry, warm, quite soft, balanced and of good length. An organic red wine crafted by hand from start to finish, designed for meat dishes and for those seeking a substantial and authentic Montepulciano from the Marche region.
