Vigna Del Prey Dolcetto Dogliani Superiore DOCG 2022 by Boschis Francesco is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in Piedmont, Italy, from Dolcetto, it has a profile consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers a very concentrated color, aromas of dark fruit, including plum and blackberry, and a very mineral finish. Rich on the palate and very tannin-rich, a characteristic that makes it quite long-lived. The calcareous, clay-like soil supports structure, freshness, and flavor precision. Manual harvesting in crates with selection in the vineyard starting in the last ten days of September enhances a careful selection of the grapes. Aged in stainless steel until the September following the harvest, it is bottled in the old moon phase.
