Adanti's Arquata Bianco Umbria IGT 2024 is an Umbrian white wine that combines technical precision and expressive immediacy. The blend of Grechetto, Chardonnay, and Trebbiano comes from parcels in Bevagna and Colcimino on clay, limestone, and sandy-clay soils, harvested by hand between late August and September. Whole-grain pressing, cold decanting, and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel preserve clarity and definition, while four months of sur lie aging adds pace and substance to the palate. The nose evokes wildflowers, lavender, plum, and apple. On the palate, it is savory, mineral, fresh, and pleasantly fruity. A versatile, refined, and very easy-to-digest white wine.
