Ca'Lojera's Chiaretto Riviera del Garda Classico DOC 2025 confirms a fresh, clean, and highly distinctive style, created from Marzemino, Groppello, Sangiovese, and Barbera grapes from Pozzolengo. The mixed soils of sand, clay, and gravel, along with a brief maceration in the press lasting 4-6 hours, contribute to creating a rosé with a bright coral color and a harmonious profile. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging on the lees for at least 4 months give the wine a continuity and clarity. On the nose, flowers and soft fruit emerge; on the palate, the wine is delicate, fresh, and fruity, with a dry and persistent finish. A supple and gastronomic Garda rosé, ideal for those seeking immediacy, balance, and a well-expressed Mediterranean character.
