La Cave Mont Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle is a winemaking cooperative founded in 1983 by local winemakers from the Aosta Valley, with the aim of promoting the native Prié Blanc grape variety in Europe's highest vineyards (900–1200 m) at the foot of Mont Blanc. Working in synergy with the Courmayeur Alpine Guides and experimenting with sparkling winemaking techniques even at high altitude, the company interprets the Alpine region with classic method wines and sparkling wines of great personality and expressive clarity.
