Euforia Rosato Frizzante Campania IGT 2024 from Azienda Agricola Fabio de Beaumont is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in Campania, Italy, from Aglianico grapes, its profile is consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers an impenetrable ruby red color, a rich and intense aroma of morello cherry and violet, followed by balsamic puffs of eucalyptus and toasted notes. The calcareous clay soil of volcanic origin supports structure, freshness, and a precise flavor. The manual harvest in mid-September highlights a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, whole grape pressing - spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. In stainless steel for 2 months - bottle.
