P.200 Cabernet Franc Veneto IGT 2024 by La Montecchia Conte Emo Capodilista is a Veneto red wine made in the Euganean Hills from hand-harvested Cabernet Franc grapes grown between 20 and 120 meters above sea level on medium-textured clay soils with trachytic and slate outcrops. Vinification involves approximately 10 days of maceration, while maturation and aging take place in stainless steel and glass-lined cement tanks to preserve aromatic clarity and drinkability. In the glass, it presents a bright ruby red color, with a fine and persistent aroma, notes of blackberries, blueberries, and spices, and a pleasantly vinous finish. On the palate, it is intense, savory, and smooth, with a dynamic profile that pairs well with red meats, cured meats, ragùs, braised meats, game, and mature cheeses.
