The proportions are balanced, never aggressive, and the handle recalls the tradition of Tuscan cutlery reinterpreted in a contemporary key, offering a natural, stable, and intuitive grip. Each blade is crafted from high-quality stainless steel and hand-sharpened according to the Berti artisan method, a three-step manual process that creates an edge geometry designed to last over time and to wear in a controlled manner, maintaining consistent performance and a fluid, precise cutting sensation.
