Nebbiolo Coste Della Sesia DOC 2023 - Cantina Travaglini
Travaglini's Nebbiolo Coste della Sesia DOC originates at the foot of Monte Rosa, where the cool climate and mineral soils lend elegance and character. Made from pure Nebbiolo grapes, it ferments in stainless steel for approximately two weeks and ages for three months in tanks and eight months in Slavonian oak barrels. It has a ruby red color with garnet highlights and aromas of ripe red fruits, wild flowers, undergrowth, and subtle notes of incense. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and mineral, with good structure and a long, aromatic finish. It is a versatile red, ideal with meat-based pasta dishes, mushroom risotto, cured meats, and fresh cheeses. Best enjoyed now, but can also age for several years in the bottle.

This is how we see the table.
In a market crowded with similar objects, function alone is no longer enough to justify a choice. Material, form, quality and craftsmanship matter too as does the way each piece becomes part of everyday life.
Because a table is never just a table.
It is where people come together, share moments and express their way of living. Choosing how to set the table therefore becomes an expression of identity.
You can choose any utensil for your table, but always remember:
One serves a function.
The other finds a place in your story.
