Grown organically, it expresses a clean and harmonious profile, with hints of apple, quince, apricot, and citrus, accompanied by a mineral and saline component that defines its personality. On the palate, it is fresh but not thin, with good fullness, lovely tension, and a lingering finish reminiscent of white peach and ripe fruit. The 0.75 L format makes it suitable for raw seafood, fish, shellfish, risotto, vegetables, and appetizers. Serve at 10-12°C.
